XIRO DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED initiated its journey through a variety of paths. The initial stages of this organisation were initiated in 2015 by a group of university graduates from RUET. Initially, local engineering firms engaged in engineering projects as a partnership. By 2018, the owners of the corporation relocated to Germany. Subsequently, this organization was managed by a variety of reputable global engineering professionals from the United States, Europe, and Australia. Registration of the organization in Bangladesh occurred in 2025. The XIRO Group is a common shareholder of this company. XIRO Group is also engaged in a variety of global activities, including procurement, export-import, consultancy, IT infrastructure activities, and career consultancy. Now we are mainly looking for best renewable energy project realisations and green circular economy in our motherland
